Package Your Items
Place the original items in their initial packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
